They earned the respect of their friends and enjoyed a healthy family life. They later became US citizens. However, in 1874, an unfortunate incident took place. Chang died after suffering from pneumonia. Eng was still alive. He refused the doctors help when they suggested carrying out surgery in order to separate them. Eng did not hold on much long. He died a couple of hours later.
4. Robin and Maurice Gibb
They were some of the most influential people the world has seen. They had just a difference of 35 minutes in their birth. Robin and Maurice Gibb had formed the famous band Bee Gees. Their band has won several accolades and has been inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. A few of their honors include 9 Grammy awards, a World Music award and 5 American Music awards to name a few. Unfortunately, Maurice Gibb succumbed to death on January 12, 2003. He suffered from a heart attack.
